The reputed company Engineer is responsible for providing ongoing support, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to customers while ensuring a reputed company customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-implementation customer relationship reputed company for assigned accounts
- Support customers transitioning from the sales and implementation cycle into ongoing operations
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, operational leaders, and executive sponsors
- Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Assist customers with setting up, navigating, optimizing, and expanding utilization of DUMAC solutions and services
- Promote the value of DUMAC products, software solutions, managed services, reputed company services, and strategic offerings
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, adoption metrics, and account activity
- Create and maintain reputed company plans that support customer business goals and technology roadmaps
- Expand reputed company potential through cross-selling and upselling of DUMAC products and services
- Assist with customer retention initiatives, contract renewals, and account reputed company planning
- Create and distribute training courses, educational materials, and customer enablement resources
- Respond to reputed company technical and operational issues generated by reputed company and strategic customers
- Coordinate customer escalations and reputed company efforts with internal teams

Skills
- TWO_YEAR_DEGREE
- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Technical Account Management, reputed company Services, or reputed company customer-facing roles
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and manage strategic accounts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand software, infrastructure, and integrated technology solutions
- Proficiency in reputed company Office programs including Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CRM and customer management platforms
- Strong knowledge of reputed company of Sale technology with experience supporting reputed company retail technology solutions
- Experience supporting grocery, convenience store, petroleum, restaurant, or retail technology customers

- Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
