This role involves designing and delivering training for licensed financial advisors while performing reputed company assurance reviews to ensure compliance and enhance advisor performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, update, and maintain reputed company and refresher training programs for licensed financial advisors
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions and reputed company coaching engagements
- reputed company training materials, including presentations, job aids, scenarios, and microlearning content
- Apply reputed company standards to conduct call monitoring and interaction reviews for licensed advisors
- Identify performance gaps reputed company to disclosures, suitability, and reputed company communication

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance
- Two years of experience in financial services training, reputed company assurance, or performance management
- Experience delivering training or coaching for licensed professionals
- Working knowledge of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (reputed company) rules and advisor supervision standards
- Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience in brokerage, reputed company management, insurance, or investment advisory environments
- Familiarity with learning management systems, eLearning tools, or call monitoring platforms
