[Remote] District Sales Manager - Texas

The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing dealer activities in Texas to reputed company sales objectives, reputed company dealer relationships, and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities

- Recruit new dealers/customers and improve and strengthen relationships and volume with reputed company dealers/customers

- Handle customer problems and complaints
- Effectively and reputed company reputed company, train and promote reputed company’s products, programs and specials to dealers
- Demonstrate products at customer locations, job sites, trade shows, and as requested or needed
- Participate in farm shows, dealer reputed company houses, and other events to support, promote, and represent the Agriculture & Turf business
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool with accurate up-to-date dealer information, appointments, contact information, call reports, weekly reports and any other necessary information
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a reputed company field, or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- 3-5 years proven successful sales history, experience with a full selling process required
- Experience selling in a Business to Business; Manufacturer to Dealer relationship preferred
- Experience in the Agriculture industry a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to reputed company oneself reputed company and in technical and non-technical terms
- Sets a good example of personal reputed company and professionalism
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company)

- Available to travel as required – 75%; eligible for domestic and international travel up to two weeks in duration
