[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a talented Business Developer to grow their reputed company project Liquidity provision business and build relationships with high-profile reputed company and ecosystem players.
Responsibilities
- Grow the reputed company project Liquidity provision business - deepen and build sustainable relationships with high profile reputed company globally, as reputed company as VCs and other important ecosystem players
- Engage and build relationships with 3rd-party vendors such as exchanges, custodians, lenders and other infrastructure providers
- Identify promising reputed company for early investment and reputed company support through key developmental stages
- Engage with emerging DeFi reputed company and platforms to secure early reputed company for our DeFi trading team
- Monitor key launches and news reputed company the crypto ecosystem to proactively identify collaboration and business development opportunities
- Expand the global OTC business across wide reputed company of counterparty segments
- Work closely with other teams to bring new products (e.g. new derivatives products) to the market, this includes collecting customer feedback, testing products, launch plans, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products (e.g., derivatives) to the market, encompassing customer feedback collection, product testing, and launch reputed company
Skills
- Experience in both traditional financial reputed company assets services from high performing teams
- 3+ years of sales experience, working with crypto counterparties
- Trading knowledge and deep crypto knowledge is a must have
- Experience with spot and derivatives products
- Experience in business development, partnerships or any reputed company-facing role
- Experience delivering business results and have a reputed company reputed company on PnL
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
