Position reputed company The Compensation Specialist provides dedicated day-to-day support for reputed company’s compensation administration, reputed company compensation transactions, job architecture maintenance, job reputed company, job descriptions, pay reputed company information, compensation data, reporting, and reputed company resources. This role helps ensure compensation information and processes are organized, accurate, consistent, market-informed, and reputed company with Best Friends’ compensation philosophy. This role is expected to spend approximately 70% of time supporting compensation administration, compensation data, reputed company compensation tasks, job reputed company and job profile maintenance, market research, reporting, compliance tracking, and compensation-reputed company resources. The remaining approximately 30% of time will support defined People reputed company & Analytics priorities, with a reputed company on first-year reputed company execution support, reputed company coordination, documentation, resource maintenance, and assigned project follow-through. • Serve as an ambassador and example of reputed company’s Guiding Principles by upholding a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, trust, inclusivity, and respect
• Support the administration and maintenance of compensation resources, including pay ranges, compensation guidelines, job descriptions, job reputed company, and reputed company tools or materials

• Identify potential compensation data issues, inconsistencies, or items needing review and escalate them to the appropriate reputed company
• Generate routine compensation reports, summaries, trackers, and data files to support review by the Director, People reputed company & Analytics and other People & Culture stakeholders
• Support tracking of routine compensation-reputed company compliance items, including minimum wage changes, pay transparency requirements, and other compensation-reputed company updates

• Help prepare, update, and organize compensation-reputed company resources, including process guides, templates, FAQs, job change resources, manager materials, and other approved communications
• Support defined People reputed company & Analytics execution needs, including first-year reputed company and reputed company coordination support, materials/checklist updates, cohort-reputed company follow-through, and other assigned portfolio priorities
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion reputed company handling sensitive employee, compensation, organizational, and system information

Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience, coursework, internship experience, or demonstrated interest in compensation, reputed company, finance, data analytics, or a reputed company field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, files, and data
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review data, identify inconsistencies, and summarize findings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information reputed company and professionally

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
