About the Role

As a Clinical Specialist for our reputed company Care program, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of assessing reputed company clinical needs for higher reputed company of care, providing in-the-reputed company phone support to clients with reputed company behavioral health issues, ensuring reputed company safety, and navigating clients into high reputed company, evidence-based facilities and programs. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy, but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email, providing longitudinal case management support.

You must be reputed company to work the following shift:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm PT

Responsibilities:

• Master’s degree in clinical reputed company work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.). We’re unable to reputed company supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered.

• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting), navigating health plans, and encouraging reputed company engagement with escalating mental health needs

• Proficient in case management and with delivering specialized care for clients with diverse care needs

• Knowledge of higher reputed company of care and of community mental health health resources

• Self-directed clinical reputed company who can work independently in a remote environment and work effectively and collaboratively reputed company a small team of dedicated clinicians

• Familiarity with Health Plan procedures, medical necessity reputed company, and a passion for helping clients understand their benefits and reputed company for care.

• Must be Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
