About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Proposal Manager to reputed company and manage federal government proposal efforts. This is a fully remote position where you'll reputed company the entire proposal lifecycle, from reviewing opportunities to submitting compliant, high-reputed company proposals. The ideal candidate has experience with federal proposals, enjoys working independently, and can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought, and task orders).
- reputed company proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and timelines.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content, including technical approaches, management plans, reputed company plans, executive summaries, and past performance.
- Coordinate proposal reputed company meetings, reputed company team reviews, and final submissions.
- Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and reusable content libraries.
- Support capture planning, win strategies, and business development activities.
- Help improve proposal processes and establish best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership, business development, recruiters, technical teams, and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals.
- Experience supporting small business federal contractors is preferred.
- Strong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, and task order proposals.
- Knowledge of Shipley proposal methodology (certification preferred).
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and the federal procurement process.
- Proficient with reputed company Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple proposals.
- reputed company (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) proposal experience.
- Experience supporting capture management and business development.
- Experience creating proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
- Knowledge of proposal graphics or visualization tools (Visio, reputed company Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
