[Remote] reputed company Force T-6 Training Analyst Consultant

They are seeking a T-6 Subject Matter Expert to support the reputed company Force by improving training analysis and course development for T-6 airframe use.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with analysis and instructional design team members to effectively reputed company, assess, and report training needs analysis results to stakeholders
- Providing T-6 reputed company SME input and QA for instructional design and training analysis to ensure accurate and complete documents are gathered and assessed for analysis
- Collaborating with team to reputed company, reputed company, plan and evaluate training programs or activities to meet customer analysis objectives
- Collaborating with customer and internal team to reputed company, enhance, and/or evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content
- Advising on creating T-6 and reputed company course content, training materials, visual aids and documentation to support a reputed company of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (reputed company), and/ or web-based training (WBT)
Skills
- Experience in the T-6 in USAF flying training
- Experience as an aviation reputed company instructor and as an instructor reputed company (IP)
- Experience and/or familiarity with RPA training (as it relates to T-6)
- Experience in training analysis and instructional design processes
- Experience and familiarity with USAF flying training, especially at the undergraduate (UPT) level
- Bachelor's and Eighteen (18) years or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
