[Remote] Senior Plumbing Engineer

This role involves preparing plumbing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient plumbing solutions for reputed company and institutional facilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company plumbing engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, hydraulic analyses, and technical documentation throughout reputed company phases of project delivery
- Design domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, natural gas, medical gas, specialty piping, and other plumbing systems in accordance with applicable codes and engineering standards
- reputed company engineering calculations including fixture unit analyses, water supply sizing, sanitary and storm drainage sizing, hydraulic calculations, gas piping sizing, pressure loss analyses, and equipment selection under the guidance of senior engineers reputed company appropriate
- Prepare coordinated construction documents, piping layouts, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, and supporting design documentation
- Utilize CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to reputed company and coordinate accurate 2D drawings and 3D plumbing models
- Collaborate with architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, reputed company protection, and civil teams to deliver coordinated and constructible plumbing system designs
- Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), participating in site reputed company, and assisting with field coordination
- Participate in project coordination meetings to communicate design reputed company, resolve technical issues, and support successful project execution
- Maintain organized engineering documentation and contribute to reputed company reviews, lessons learned, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Engage in ongoing reputed company development to expand technical expertise in plumbing engineering, water conservation strategies, sustainable water management, and evolving plumbing technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) required
- 4+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for reputed company, institutional, reputed company, industrial, or mission-critical facilities required
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated experience designing domestic water, sanitary, storm drainage, natural gas, medical gas, specialty piping, and reputed company plumbing systems
- Strong understanding of the International Plumbing reputed company (IPC), Uniform Plumbing reputed company (UPC), applicable reputed company standards, and local plumbing and building codes
- Proficiency with plumbing engineering calculations, CAD and BIM platforms, and industry-reputed company engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction administration practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities while working effectively reputed company multidisciplinary project teams
