The role involves assisting clients with service needs, managing account changes, and offering expertise in insurance and risk management programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains favorable reputed company relationships, with the end goal of providing the highest level of customer service by meeting or exceeding industry standards
- Responds to reputed company’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions
- Researches an issues reputed company cause, implements and resolves policy-reputed company issues
- Uses discretion and independent judgment reputed company analyzing industry trends and providing reputed company reputed company guidance
- Provides expertise in strategic planning and consultative advice to clients

Skills
- Property and Casualty License
- Strong to excellent communication skills are required
