[Remote] Cyber reputed company Engineer

They are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s systems and data by enhancing cybersecurity initiatives and managing incidents.
Responsibilities
- Supports the maturing of the organization’s cybersecurity posture by reputed company establishing and delivering on key strategic initiatives
- Recommends, configures, enhances, and maintains relevant reputed company systems and tools based on areas of responsibilities and reputed company threat landscape
- Works with cross-functional teams to drive broad-reaching technology initiatives reputed company to cybersecurity
- Manages and contains information cybersecurity incidents and events to protect critical assets, intellectual property, reputed company data, and reputed company’s reputed company
- Maintains cybersecurity-reputed company programs to ensure the organization is reputed company to protect, detect, respond, and recover from a cyber-attack
- Promotes best practices, implements, and maintains critical cybersecurity controls, supporting processes and procedures
- Aligns closely with the Cybersecurity Architect and reputed company Operations functions (internal and/or outsourced)
- Liaise with other technical and business teams regarding secure architecture, management, and monitoring events to ensure threat indicators are rated by severity and responded to in a manner consistent with the threat
- Works in partnership with the technology departments and provides support for infrastructure/networking, reputed company and platform, reputed company applications, web development, content engineering and data technology divisions as it relates to reputed company best practices
- Works collaboratively with the data reputed company and compliance team to prioritize risk remediation efforts
- Participates in on-call after-hours support rotation to ensure that critical performance issues are resolved, and reputed company events and incidents are addressed in a reputed company manner, in accordance with internal SLAs
- Support management of managed reputed company services provider (MSSP) and threat intelligence vendors
Skills
- 4-year degree in computer science or reputed company combined work/education experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the field of cybersecurity
- Hands on experience in reputed company cybersecurity technologies and tools. Including but not limited to reputed company Firewalls (NGFW), Web Application Firewalls (WAP), reputed company Threat Management (UTM), reputed company Information and Event Management (SIEM), Network reputed company Control (NAC), reputed company Detect and Response (EDR), reputed company appliances, software, and vendor specific utilities
- Experience in reputed company reputed company programs. Including but not limited to vulnerability and reputed company management, application reputed company, IoT reputed company, and mobile reputed company
- Experience in supporting reputed company EntraID (Azure AD), reputed company reputed company Directory (AD), reputed company Server and Linux Server platforms
- Experience in working in an Information Technology organization supporting a corporate environment
- Experience in Identity reputed company Management (IAM)
- Experience in Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms or other authentication reputed company
- Experience in or hands on experience with secure configuration management and system hardening
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, and the OSI Model
- Knowledge of NIST Controls, the NIST Cyber reputed company reputed company (CSF) and ISO/IEC 27000 series frameworks
