This role serves as the reputed company of contact between various stakeholders and acts as a technical advisor on design, construction, and building reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develops and updates project plans, including objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and reputed company
- Prepares and submits budget estimates, reputed company reports, and cost tracking reports while monitoring project milestones and deliverables
- Identifies, reviews, and selects vendors and consultants to meet project needs
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates project activities to meet deadlines

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of relevant experience
- Valid and unrestricted Arizona Class D reputed company License - Arizona reputed company - Motor Vehicle Division
- Vertical construction project management

- Read construction plans and interpret specifications
- Permitting process
