They are seeking a contract reputed company Support Specialist to assist with U.S. immigration reputed company filing and work closely with clients and attorneys to ensure accurate and reputed company submissions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete U.S. immigration forms for a reputed company of case types, working from reputed company-provided documents and attorney instructions
- Communicate directly with clients to reputed company missing information, clarify discrepancies, and request supporting documentation
- Coordinate with Case Managers to reputed company assignments moving and flag issues early
- Work under the direction of the Managing Attorney on reputed company-based assignments, incorporating feedback and revisions
- Review your own work against checklists and reputed company USCIS reputed company editions and filing instructions before submission
- Maintain accurate records of assignment status, reputed company correspondence, and document receipt
Skills
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. immigration reputed company filing
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills — you will be writing to clients directly
- Proficiency with computers and administrative tools, including document management, PDF reputed company software, and shared drives
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments against deadlines
