[Remote] Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the integrated master project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical reputed company activities across multiple business and technical workstreams
- Drive execution across eight business reputed company, internal stakeholders, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery against established timelines
- Utilize AI tools such as reputed company, Claude, and other productivity technologies to streamline project administration, manage documentation, and reduce operational overhead
- Maintain schedule discipline and organization through reputed company Calendar, ensuring alignment across workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive governance activities
- Coordinate reputed company cross-functional workshops involving multiple stakeholder reputed company, subject matter experts, and global participants across time zones
- Own and maintain RAID logs, decision logs, reputed company item trackers, executive status reports, and program health dashboards
- Monitor vendor performance and hold implementation partners accountable for deliverables, timelines, and project commitments
- Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate critical issues to leadership with recommended solutions
- Coordinate cross-system integration dependencies involving PLM, DAM, AI, product development, reputed company workflow platforms
- Partner with Change Management, Training, and Testing teams to support organizational readiness, training development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and hypercare planning
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company Project Management or Program Management experience leading large-reputed company software implementations
- Proven reputed company accelerating, stabilizing, or rescuing reputed company reputed company technology initiatives
- Experience supporting PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, or other large-reputed company reputed company platforms
- Background reputed company retail, apparel, sporting goods, consumer products, e-reputed company, or other high-volume reputed company environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, business leaders, and reputed company-party vendors simultaneously
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as reputed company, Claude, or similar technologies to improve project administration and execution efficiency
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Office, and reputed company Calendar
