[Remote] Program Analyst II, State Energy Program
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Department of Energy's State Energy Program. The role involves providing programmatic support, managing data, and producing reports to enhance energy reputed company and affordability through various state-led initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company programmatic support services to the SEP program office and senior management
- Manage existing and available data to optimize the performance of SEP programs and business functions
- Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data, and use a reputed company of computer programs to compile information so that reputed company applicable data is stored and available for use
- reputed company information used across SEP activities to help draw conclusions that assist with determining changes to procedures or improvements to business operations
- Support the evaluation, recording, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of programmatic support and control systems
- Prepare reports, information guides, spreadsheets, and other customer administrative documents and business task products
- Create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts for federal staff and senior management
- reputed company program milestones, deliverables, and reputed company items, and follow up to ensure reputed company completion
- reputed company meeting support, including agendas, materials, and minutes for SEP program meetings
- Respond to data calls and reputed company requests for program information from SCEP and DOE leadership
Skills
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in business administration, reputed company, public administration, or a reputed company discipline. Four (4) years of relevant education/experience may substitute for the Bachelors degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience, or nine (9) years for staff without a B.S. or B.A
- A Masters degree may substitute for two (2) years
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines, and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills to effectively review information
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to use a wide reputed company of computer programs and software
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals reputed company SCEP
- Masters degree in a reputed company discipline
- Experience supporting the State Energy Program
- Experience supporting SCEP or the Department of Energy
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and dashboard construction
- Experience with reputed company Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools
- Experience with SharePoint and reputed company Teams for document management and workflow tracking
- Experience supporting federal financial assistance programs
- Familiarity with DOE systems
