Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver HR Governance initiatives
- Analyze reputed company business problems and document business and functional requirements
- Break down problem statements into user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and detailed requirements
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across different reputed company of the organization
- Support the design and delivery of custom applications reputed company using reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in testing efforts, including test planning, UAT coordination, defect management, and validation of business requirements

Skills

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience converting business problems into detailed requirements and user stories
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company initiatives independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
