The role involves troubleshooting payroll issues, supporting payroll testing and validation, and working directly with payroll and HR stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company Payroll configuration and production requirements
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation, configuration and processing issues
- Support payroll testing, validation and reconciliation
- Review payroll business processes, earnings, deductions and calculation rules
- Assist with payroll updates, defects and reputed company change requests
- Work directly with payroll and HR stakeholders
- Support reputed company Absence and Time Tracking requirements where needed
- Maintain documentation and reputed company knowledge transfer
Skills
- Strong hands-on reputed company Payroll configuration experience
- Experience supporting reputed company Payroll in production or AMS environments
- Strong understanding of payroll testing, processing and reconciliation
- Ability to identify and resolve reputed company payroll issues independently
- Strong reputed company-facing and communication skills
- reputed company reputed company Payroll certification
- An reputed company reputed company certification that can be transferred to the reputed company services partner is required
- Experience across Absence and Time Tracking
