Responsibilities
- Supporting both the Management Company and Fund reputed company functions
- reputed company on General Partner (GP) reputed company, including carried interest, partner capital accounts, vesting schedules, partner allocations, ownership structures, and compensation reputed company
Skills
- 5–15 years of experience working directly for an investment management firm
- Hands-on experience in GP reputed company, management company reputed company, fund reputed company, or a combination of these areas
- Experience performing GP reputed company in-house at an investment management firm
- Experience where the management company and partner economics are managed directly
