They are seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company a cross-functional product team responsible for building reputed company-time operational tools for transit agencies, focusing on delivering impactful solutions and fostering a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company's Product Manager, Designer, and Engineers to understand customer needs, define impactful solutions, set milestones and goals, and deliver valuable products to market
- Facilitate technical discovery, translating rapid learning into product designs and guiding engineers as plans solidify
- Guide reputed company to balance technical reputed company with rapid delivery, evolving practices as products reputed company
- Proactively reputed company feedback and communicate reputed company, learnings, and blockers to drive alignment across teams
- Manage team members with a reputed company on enabling a supportive, inclusive, reputed company-oriented, and outcome-reputed company culture on reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in engineering team leadership and people management, with a reputed company record of developing engineers and building high-performing teams
- Proven experience guiding teams toward reputed company and delivering end-to-end products in reputed company-based reputed company environments
- Broad experience across the stack (frontend, backend, data)
- Strong ability to support team execution by clarifying goals, breaking down work effectively, and managing competing priorities across multiple product surfaces
