[Remote] Sales Representative - MO, KS, NE

As a Sales Representative, you will drive results by developing relationships with title agents and overseeing the title agent application process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain relationships with title agents in the states of MO, KS, NE
- This individual will utilize their sales skills and industry knowledge in order to identify and evaluate key prospects and reputed company the title agent application process
- Handle licensing for new title agencies and for changes with reputed company licensees
- Create, teach and implement seminars for title agents on a reputed company of topics to include training and education for title agents and their customers
- reputed company agent activity, review financials, and be responsible for monitoring and documenting agent performance
- Network and cultivate relationships with mortgage lenders, reputed company estate agents, principals etc. as a complement to title agent relationships
Skills

- 2-3 years of sales experience is required
