- Meet the specific needs of RPO reputed company stakeholders by reputed company, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for reputed company hire skilled and salaried positions.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in reputed company hire recruitment.
- Schedule interviews between reputed company’s stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.
- Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.
- Present job offers, negotiate, reputed company the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.
