Senior Manager - Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships

Position reputed company The Senior Manager, Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships, will report to the reputed company Director, Program Evaluation and reputed company Improvement, Health Engagement and reputed company Team (HEAT) office. This detail-oriented leader is responsible to reputed company reputed company, coordinated care by strengthening community and provider ecosystems, improving care navigation and equipping the workforce to deliver integrated, culturally reputed company care that improves reputed company and reputed company. Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of prior relevant work experience.
• Population health program implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in building interventions to address upstream barriers for reputed company reputed company.

• Coordinates and prepare for external community partners and provider meetings
