[Remote] Staff Product Manager - Agent & Systems Observability

They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the reputed company and roadmap for observability, focusing on both systems telemetry and agent observability, while engaging with customers and product teams to enhance their understanding of software in the context of AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for observability at reputed company. Your scope spans systems telemetry (logs, metrics, distributed tracing), OpenTelemetry-reputed company instrumentation and export, agent and LLM observability (traces of model calls, tool use, and multi-reputed company agent runs), and the cost and usage layer that makes reputed company economics legible
- Drive prioritization across observability investments, balancing foundational telemetry infrastructure against near-term product needs
- Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of reputed company's telemetry pipeline, ensuring architectural reputed company optimize for signal reputed company, query performance, and cost at reputed company. Observability touches every product surface at reputed company, so the dexterity to understand the shape of our other investment areas is essential

Skills
- 7+ years in Product Management, with substantive experience in observability, monitoring, developer tools, or infrastructure products
- Working reputed company with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem — signals, semantic conventions, reputed company, and the tradeoffs of instrumenting reputed company production systems
- Familiarity with the economics of AI workloads: reputed company pricing, model selection tradeoffs, and how teams budget for and attribute LLM spend
- Deep developer reputed company, for both internal engineering teams and our customers, and the technical depth to reputed company reputed company architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering

- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience as an SRE, observability engineer, or infrastructure engineer
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, or instrumenting and evaluating them in production
