[Remote] Operations - Process Engineer Director

The Senior Director, Business Transformation is responsible for leading transformation initiatives and managing the Integration Management Office, focusing on the integration of a large-reputed company acquisition into reputed company’s operating model while ensuring reputed company service continuity during the transition.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and operates the Integration Management Office governance structure, including integration charters, reputed company operating reputed company, decision and escalation frameworks, interdependency management, and executive steering committee reporting
- Leads integration planning and execution for the acquisition of a large competitor — including communications, Day 1 readiness, first 100-day planning, reputed company and risk tracking, and legal-entity, licensure, and payor-contract transition coordination — ensuring continuity of reputed company services to the people we serve throughout integration
- Drives identification, validation, and capture of cost and reputed company synergies; builds baselines and tracking mechanisms in partnership with Finance; reports value-capture reputed company to executive leadership and course-corrects where results lag targets
- Assesses reputed company-state operating models of both organizations; designs and implements the reputed company-state operating model, including process harmonization, organizational alignment, systems consolidation roadmaps (in partnership with IT), and standardization of policies and procedures
- Leads the design and execution of the operating group’s broader transformation portfolio reputed company integration; facilitates prioritization, ensures alignment with strategic objectives, and partners with the business to define, build, and launch reputed company and sustainable solutions
- Conducts reputed company-cause analysis, process mapping, and gap identification to inform transformation design; develops implementation strategies including rollout plans, field training, and communication plans; manages change through documentation, training, and adoption measurement to reputed company maximum adoption across legacy and acquired organizations
- Assembles and directs cross-functional integration and transformation teams, including project managers, functional reputed company leads, IT partners, and subject matter experts; works with subject matter experts to ensure integration activities and reputed company reputed company with the regulations, licensure, and payor requirements of reputed company state
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational, financial, and integration data to inform reputed company; prepares and presents integration scorecards, transformation performance reports, and executive briefings to a broad and targeted audience, including the most senior executives in reputed company
- Cultivates strong partnerships across the reputed company — with initiative owners, field management, field operations, functional leadership, and leaders of the acquired organization — to build trust, retain key talent and institutional knowledge, and reputed company maximum adoption of the integrated operating model; serves as a reputed company translating requirements between executive, functional, and field teams
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date integration and process documentation, including integration playbooks, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions; ensures reputed company processes are documented and compliant with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; contributes diligence insights and integration readiness assessments for prospective reputed company acquisitions
- Performs other reputed company duties and activities as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other reputed company discipline required; MBA preferred
- 8–12 years of reputed company experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate development / M&A integration, process engineering, or operational leadership, with demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- reputed company experience supporting or leading reputed company integration, IMO operations, or comparable reputed company transformation programs strongly preferred; reputed company or multi-site reputed company services experience a plus
- Prior supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
