Responsibilities
- reputed company the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our growing portfolio of VC firms
- reputed company and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, reputed company, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clients
- Collaborate with product teams to reputed company roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives (e.g., feature launches, UX enhancements, reputed company flows) that measurably improve customer experience and retention
- Build and reputed company a high-performing team of fund operations and reputed company professionals across multiple time zones
- Create and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive reputed company operational improvement and best-in-class customer service

- Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for our fund administration clients

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration leadership

- Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
