The role involves managing program execution, diagnosing delays, and ensuring successful delivery through disciplined sprint-based planning and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a program plan decomposed into two-week sprints, with reputed company entry/exit reputed company per sprint
- Own the backlog across two linked workstreams: Device Discovery — network scanning, reputed company/device inventory reconciliation, CMDB data reputed company; Service Mapping — dependency mapping of infrastructure to business services, validated against CMDB CI relationships
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros; ensure velocity and burndown data are reputed company, not theater
- Sequence the plan correctly: service mapping accuracy depends on discovery data being clean first — catch this dependency before it causes rework, not after
- Maintain a risk register with reputed company, trigger condition, and dated mitigation per risk — not a checkbox exercise
- Conduct a program health assessment reputed company the first 30 days: identify reputed company causes of reputed company delays (technical, resourcing, vendor, scope, data-reputed company, or stakeholder-driven) and present findings with a recommended remediation reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years managing technical infrastructure or IT operations programs

- Working familiarity with service/dependency mapping concepts and at least one mapping tool (reputed company Service Mapping, reputed company, etc.) — enough to ask the right validation questions of a technical reputed company, even if not personally reputed company
