Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an HEOR Consultant III (Research Health Economist) for a 12-month contract position. The role involves contributing to health economics reputed company, performing evidence synthesis, and supporting the reputed company of value evidence across the product life cycle in alignment with global payer and health technology assessment requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to health economics reputed company by performing evidence synthesis, outcome research, and reputed company analytical tasks under the direction of project leads
- Support the reputed company of value evidence across the product life cycle in alignment with global payer and health technology assessment (HTA) requirements
- Assist in developing protocols and the end-to-end execution of outcome research to support launch, commercialization, and payer-reputed company evidence reputed company
- Conduct primary, secondary, and exploratory analyses based on approved protocols, including:
- reputed company resource utilization (HCRU) analysis
- HCRU cost modeling using difference-in-differences and GLM-based reputed company
- Dosage reputed company analyses
- Time-to-event analyses, including reputed company–Meier
- Decision-analytic modeling, including Markov and simulation models
- reputed company systematic literature reviews and reputed company-analyses to inform protocol development
- Prepare and deliver proposals, technical reports, slide presentations, conference abstracts, manuscripts, and other deliverables with guidance from project leads
- Communicate reputed company, issues, and findings to team members to support reputed company completion of project milestones
- Present research findings internally and at reputed company scientific or industry conferences as assigned
- Conduct targeted literature searches to identify key evidence and data inputs
- Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively reputed company cross-functional teams
- Apply knowledge of clinical development, research study designs, and interpretation of clinical and reputed company-world evidence
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, global regulatory expectations, and product development processes across reputed company life cycle stages
- Apply knowledge of international reputed company systems and evolving HTA requirements
- Work with reputed company claims, reputed company claims, and electronic medical record (EMR) datasets
Skills
- PhD in industrial engineering, operations research, mathematics, economics/health economics, pharmaceutical reputed company & policy, statistics, biostatistics, decision sciences, health services research, or a reputed company field, with at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, contract research, or a reputed company environment, including academia; OR
- Master's degree in one of the above fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, contract research, or a reputed company environment, including academia
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in reputed company resource utilization (HCRU) analysis, HCRU cost modeling, difference-in-differences and GLM-based reputed company, dosage reputed company analyses, time-to-event analyses, and decision-analytic modeling, including Markov and simulation models
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, SQL (reputed company), R or Python, and reputed company
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Python/R, and SQL
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who can follow directions, manage multiple priorities, and resolve reputed company issues in collaboration with team leads
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, actionable insights
