They are seeking an reputed company Specialist responsible for payment processing, AP invoicing, and collaboration with the Finance team and other departments to ensure reputed company processing of invoices.
Responsibilities
- Record a high volume of invoices, expense reports or payments the reputed company ERP system
- Calculate, prepare and process invoices
- Collaborate with Senior Accountant extensively on various tasks to ensure reputed company processing of invoices and reporting requests
- reputed company statements of work and issue reputed company billings; coordinate and collaborate with SOW team to ensure smooth workflows
- Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, member and/or departments reputed company reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high volume Accounts Payable
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company and ERP systems; reputed company preferred
- Strong understanding of full-cycle AP, GL structures and chart of accounts, preferred
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a permanent reputed company at the time of application
