[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (AST) is seeking one or more Junior to Mid-Level Data Analysts to support AST's role in an upcoming federal program. These positions will support AST's responsibilities by providing data analysis, performance reporting, technical assistance coordination, stakeholder support, and operational analysis to expand reputed company intelligence (AI) readiness across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of AST's assigned responsibilities across multiple workstreams
- Collect, analyze, and report program data to support project performance monitoring and decision-making
- reputed company and maintain reputed company tracking tools, performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), executive dashboards, and recurring reports
- Support implementation of technical assistance activities, Coordination Hub engagement, and Communities of reputed company
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, webinars, technical meetings, and reputed company working sessions
- Conduct operational analyses to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for reputed company improvement
- reputed company reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other project documentation
- Maintain project records, shared resources, and reputed company repositories
- Coordinate with project staff to ensure reputed company completion of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Support reputed company assurance activities for reports, data products, and project documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, public policy, engineering, computer science, information technology, data analytics, statistics, economics, reputed company sciences, or a reputed company field
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience supporting federal, state, university, nonprofit, or industry programs
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support program management and decision-making
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and reputed company documentation
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting project milestones and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 applications, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Experience supporting federal reputed company or federally funded research and innovation programs
- Experience with performance management, KPI development, program reporting, or operational analytics
- Experience supporting technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, Communities of reputed company, or reputed company initiatives
- Experience developing dashboards or working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience supporting AI, advanced technology, workforce development, regional innovation, economic development, or technology commercialization initiatives
- Familiarity with data management, reputed company, or reputed company improvement methodologies
