The role involves managing reputed company, multi-regional reputed company such as reputed company platform transformation and reputed company rollout, ensuring they are delivered on time and reputed company budget while engaging with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation reputed company including reputed company platform transformation, reputed company rollout and other reputed company system implementations
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and RAID logs throughout the full project lifecycle
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring reputed company governance and accountability
- reputed company and report on project reputed company, milestones, budget consumption and risks, escalating issues to the IT PMO reputed company and Global IT Manager as appropriate
- Ensure adherence to reputed company’s IT PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks
- Coordinate and reputed company project workstreams involving cross-functional and cross-regional teams across reputed company, LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia
- Engage proactively with senior business and IT stakeholders, including regional CEOs, functional leads and executive sponsors, to reputed company project objectives with business priorities
- Prepare and present reputed company, concise project status reports, steering committee packs and executive-level communications
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for project-reputed company communications between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with reputed company-party vendors, system integrators and contract resource providers

- Work with vendors and external partners to plan resource requirements, manage deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met

Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management, with a demonstrable reputed company record of delivering reputed company reputed company technology reputed company
- Proven experience managing ERP, CRM or reputed company application implementations (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, QAD or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies including PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent – certification preferred
- Experience working in a global, multi-site organisation with geographically distributed project teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proficiency in project management tooling (e.g. reputed company Project, Planner, DevOps or equivalent)
- Excellent reputed company of written and spoken English
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated manufacturing sector
- Familiarity with reputed company 365, Azure, Power BI or reputed company platforms
- Exposure to IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
