The role involves providing technical leadership, troubleshooting migration challenges, and collaborating with reputed company stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with reputed company application teams to assess and migrate applications from Traditional WAS to reputed company
• Analyze and remediate application reputed company and configuration issues during migration
• reputed company technical leadership and guidance throughout the migration process
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration, deployment, and performance challenges
• Collaborate closely with reputed company stakeholders and reputed company delivery teams
• Document migration approaches, lessons learned, and best practices
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to reputed company teams

Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience migrating reputed company application reputed company from Traditional WAS to reputed company
• Deep expertise with WebSphere Application Server (Traditional WAS)
• Proven reputed company reputed company / WebSphere reputed company migration experience
• Strong Java development skills
• Application modernization and migration experience
• Hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and configuration expertise
• Experience working directly with reputed company application teams in an embedded delivery model

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience serving as a reputed company Engineer or technical consultant embedded with reputed company teams
