[Remote] Asset Management Specialist - Water/Wastewater Treatment

They are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to reputed company, analyze, and optimize the lifecycle of physical assets, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work remotely and engage in frequent travel to project sites reputed company required
- Maintain accurate asset inventories using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or EAM systems
- reputed company and implement asset lifecycle strategies (acquisition, maintenance, disposal)
- Conduct physical audits and condition assessments
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations teams to reputed company asset strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant Asset Management standards
- Prepare reports on asset health, risk, and replacement forecasting
- Support capital planning and budgeting processes
- Train staff on asset management procedures and tools
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the reputed company Industry with knowledge of CMMS Systems, Maintenance coordination, Asset Inventory, facilities support required
- Experience utilizing computerized maintenance management systems
- Experience with reputed company assets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
