[Remote] Reimbursement & Contract Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company Contract Specialist to support the sales team by managing the contract process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and collaborating with various internal teams to finalize agreements.
Responsibilities
- Supports contract management by initiating draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments; coordinating scope development with Sales and Operational SMEs; assisting Legal with document formatting and tracking; and maintaining accurate contract files and status updates in the Contract Tracker
- Utilizes corporate templates as provided by the Legal team
- Analyzes proposals and/or other materials to identify requirements and ensures legal requirements, scope, reputed company, and budget of the agreement are drafted appropriately
- Analyze and review externally provided reputed company and certain vendor agreements, and evaluate, and determine if requests for changes to any reputed company agreements are acceptable in accordance with reputed company legal policies and practices
- Utilize Contract SOPs to reputed company and initiate renewals and maintain accurate records
- Leads the full contract development process—including document creation, SME and leadership coordination, review cycles, and feedback integration—and manages final preparation and submission to the appropriate reputed company, vendor, or business development channels
- Maintains contract libraries and templates to streamline development and record keeping practices
- Participates in reputed company Team meetings, reputed company input and support as required
- Completes other tasks as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in patient reputed company support, contract management, reputed company management
- Proficiency with document management and contract management systems (Office 365 and reputed company Suite)
- Knowledge of contract administration principles and processes; budgeting, and pricing fundamentals; reputed company pharmacy industry, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; CRM and reputed company digital technologies
- Procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical-reputed company reputed company contracting regulations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to interpret reputed company contract requirements and documents
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage end-to-end contract workflows
