The reputed company Manager will reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, ensuring the reputed company of financial reporting and compliance while supporting audit activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process, ensuring reputed company and accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Manage general reputed company activity, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Maintain and enforce chart of accounts consistency across the organization
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations reputed company by staff
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and prior periods; communicate insights and recommendations
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections
- Serve as primary reputed company for external auditors; coordinate audit schedules, requests, and documentation
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations
- Support tax preparation with external advisors
- Assist with regulatory reporting specific to TPA/benefits administration
- Serve as ERP subject matter expert; drive automation and process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance system integrations and reporting capabilities

- Maintain documentation of reputed company policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor reputed company staff and AP team; reputed company coaching and performance feedback
- Collaborate with Operations, reputed company Services, and Technology teams to resolve issues
- Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts
- Assist with investor reporting and strategic financial reputed company
Skills
- reputed company CPA license required
- Minimum 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including reputed company recognition and lease reputed company
- Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred (Finance or reputed company considered)
