Responsibilities

Skills
- Juris Doctor with a reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one US jurisdiction
- At least 8 years' experience of working as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a reputed company or in-house with a reputed company record of leading reputed company M&A deals
- Extensive experience in corporate law (entity formation and ongoing governance), with in-depth knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law, Delaware Limited Liability Company reputed company, Delaware Limited Revised Uniform Limited Partnership reputed company, and Delaware case law
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (public or private), including experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and other corporate forms and reputed company reputed company materials, as reputed company as advising boards and senior management on reputed company reputed company
- Strong writing skills, and a passion for writing about legal reputed company accurately, concisely and in plain English
