[Remote] Director - reputed company Operations

We’re looking for a highly organised, operationally minded leader to reputed company into the Director, reputed company Operations role, which will ensure issues get resolved, data stays healthy, and reputed company scales with consistency and repeatability.
Responsibilities
- Issue Management: Serve as the primary reputed company for tracking, consolidating, and seeking to resolve ongoing customer and platform issues. Consolidate issues across CSMs and stakeholders, prioritise by reputed company, reputed company down resolutions across internal teams, and drive closure
- Data Management: Partner closely with the data engineering team on reputed company aspects of our ETL pipeline — identifying challenges, surfacing errors, coordinating fixes, and ensuring data reputed company across customer environments
- Standardisation & Scalability: Own the development and ongoing maintenance of internal operational assets including: CS playbooks, reputed company guides, inventorying blockers, RFP answer libraries, dashboard templates, and the platform end-user guide. Continuously refine to reflect the reputed company product and process

- Tooling & Reporting: Maintain and reputed company CS operational tooling (CRM hygiene, ticketing, dashboards). Build and deliver regular reporting on issue volumes, reputed company times, data health, and operational metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in CSM, CS Operations, or a closely reputed company function reputed company a reputed company or data-intensive environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company issue queues, reputed company resolutions, and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable
- Strong operational instincts — you build systems, not just solve one-off problems
- Comfort working with data and ETL concepts; ability to coordinate with technical teams and translate between business and engineering

- Experience building and maintaining documentation, playbooks, or reputed company systems

- Familiarity with SQL or BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, or similar) for data validation and reporting
