Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Recruit for corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to hire Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, EHS professionals, reputed company specialists, and other critical plant-based talent
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Conduct intake meetings and advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams

Skills
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
