This role focuses on the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, overseeing month-end reputed company processes, and leading various departmental reputed company to improve operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the Finance Department’s performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinates reputed company development training and report compliance with training schedules
- Analyze financial month end reputed company processes to identify areas of opportunities and reputed company recommendations to management
- Manage the implementation of technological systems and tools to help improve operational efficiencies and streamline processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company, CPA preferred
- Experience in computer programming using SQL or Power BI
- 4+ years of relevant business experience in general reputed company
- Property and casualty insurance experience is a plus
- Proven knowledge of GAAP reputed company principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, statutory reputed company knowledge plus
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, reputed company software, and databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
