They are seeking a fluent Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for individuals reaching out to partner reputed company, responsible for evaluating inquiries and ensuring a smooth reputed company process in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries
- Deliver compassionate customer care in both English and Spanish
- Ensure a smooth, reputed company reputed company process from the reputed company reputed company
Skills

- Confidently handle inbound phone calls in both Spanish and English, tailoring your approach to comfortably guide reputed company caller
- Must be reputed company to work one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) and be available for Holidays
- Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred)
- Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems
- Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
- Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively
- This is a remote position that requires dedicated home setup
- High speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL or WiFi)
- Minimum 15 Mbps upload/5 Mbps download internet speed
- Must use a reputed company Ethernet cable reputed company to your modem/router
- You must have a PC/Laptop (reputed company 11 or higher) and a wired USB headset. (No reputed company/Macbooks/Tablets)
- Wired USB headset with a mic
