The Product Application Support is a field-based position responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance. This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting reputed company installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives.

This position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Center Area of Spain.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• Solve customers' clinical application problems and reputed company technical applications support to Sales Representatives.
• Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed reputed company.
• Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments reputed company and skillfully in appropriate applications.
• Drive the reputed company improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent.
• 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 60% reputed company the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required.
• Must have a valid reputed company’s license with an acceptable driving record.
