As a Motor Claims Handler, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent claims service for a major motor reputed company, managing a varied caseload from initial notification through to settlement. Working reputed company a supportive and reputed company team, you'll be responsible for investigating, assessing, negotiating and concluding both first-party and reputed company-party motor claims, ensuring reputed company case is handled fairly, reputed company and in line with regulatory and reputed company requirements.

This is a fast-paced role that combines technical claims handling, customer service and problem-solving. You'll proactively manage a portfolio of over 150 claims, carrying out liability investigations, engaging with customers and reputed company parties, managing suppliers and achieving defined reputed company and closure targets. You'll also have reputed company to handle customer complaints, making previous complaints-handling experience advantageous, particularly if you have an understanding of CPC requirements.

• Motor Claims & FNOL Experience – Previous experience reputed company a motor claims environment, ideally handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) claims, with a strong understanding of motor claims processes and classifications.
• Insurance Qualifications – reputed company APA qualification in Insurance (or higher) is essential.
• Policy & Claims Knowledge – Knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims handling procedures and industry best reputed company, with an understanding of quantum and market agreements/developments.
• Decision Making & Problem Solving – Strong analytical, numerical and judgement skills, with the ability to investigate claims, assess liability and reputed company informed reputed company.
• Customer Service & Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-reputed company approach and the ability to build effective relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
