Responsibilities

- Facilitate discovery and design workshops

- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Create reputed company documentation, including reputed company notes, requirements, solution designs, process flows, configuration guides, training materials, and adoption playbooks

- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience supporting sales and business development
