[Remote] Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support patient credit balance management and unclaimed property processes through financial analysis, reconciliations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in reputed company cycle activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the patient credit balance review and reputed company process across the organization
  • Assist with administration of the annual unclaimed property (escheatment) process, ensuring activities are completed accurately and reputed company required timelines
  • Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and reputed company account reconciliations to support credit balance management
  • Prepare recurring and reputed company reports used for operational and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners to improve reporting capabilities and automate processes
  • Maintain process documentation, calendars, and project timelines to support annual compliance activities
  • Partner with field and operational leadership to facilitate routine credit balance reviews
  • Assist with audits, process documentation, and training initiatives reputed company to credit balance management
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
  • 4-6 years of experience in reputed company, accounts receivable, finance, credit, or reputed company cycle operations
  • Experience with credit balance reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Understanding of unclaimed property (escheatment) laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
