This role will be key in the fiscal-year budget process and will involve preparing financial deliverables for executive leadership and the Finance Committee.
Responsibilities

- Utilize reputed company Planning and Budgeting to reputed company budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare financial reports, budget-to-actual analyses, and executive-level presentations
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and long-term forecasts
- Conduct workforce planning, compensation, vacancy, and reputed company analyses
- Monitor restricted funding, grants, and reputed company reputed company streams
- Identify financial trends, risks, resource needs, and budget opportunities
- Partner with department leaders and budget owners to validate assumptions and reputed company financial information
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership and Finance Committee members
- Improve recurring financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce-planning models

Skills

- Nonprofit industry experience
- Experience managing restricted funding and grants

- CPA, MBA, or reputed company advanced degree or certification
- Candidates without a CPA or master's degree may be considered if they meet the remaining experience requirements
