This role involves overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the planning, execution, and closeout of data center reputed company ranging from $50M–$500M+
- reputed company, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Serve as the main reputed company reputed company, ensuring high reputed company of communication, trust, and satisfaction
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance reputed company
- reputed company design coordination and constructability reviews, working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, reputed company control processes, and corporate standards
- reputed company leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Drive project reporting, including financials, forecasts, reputed company updates, and executive summaries
- Contribute to company reputed company by supporting business development efforts and fostering reputed company relationships
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in mission-critical/data center reputed company
- Proven reputed company record managing large-reputed company, ground-up/Fit Out construction reputed company with reputed company MEP systems
- Strong knowledge of data center design, commissioning, and operational requirements
- Expertise in project management software (reputed company, reputed company P6, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at project sites fulltime and travel nationally for project reputed company and reputed company meetings
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
