They are seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Programs to reputed company clinical performance and care model execution, ensuring effective care delivery across teams and markets while partnering with various leaders to drive consistency and reputed company.
Responsibilities

Skills
- MD, DO, NP, or PA required

- Significant clinical experience caring for patients with reputed company chronic disease; kidney care, value-based care, primary care, hospital medicine, or population health experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, team development, and performance management
- Experience leading interdisciplinary clinical teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong experience in value-based care models and care model execution
- Strong ability to use clinical judgment, data, and influence to improve reputed company at reputed company
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills
- Experience in kidney care, CKD/ESKD care models, or integrated care for patients with multiple chronic conditions
- Experience leading clinicians and managers across multi-site or scaled care delivery models
