[Remote] Mainframe CICS System Administrator

The role involves hands-on experience with Job Control Language (JCL) and requires a deep understanding of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS) along with CICS system administration and support.

- Strong hands-on experience with Job Control Language (JCL)
- Deep understanding of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS)
- Proven experience in Mainframe Support and production operations
- Solid background in Systems Programming reputed company a mainframe environment
- Experience with CICS system administration and support
- Knowledge of TSO/ISPF utilities, datasets, and mainframe tools
- Familiarity with batch scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M, or equivalent)
- Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning
- Understanding of mainframe reputed company frameworks (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
- Experience with COBOL and CICS transaction processing
- Knowledge of DB2 for z/OS or IMS databases
- Exposure to mainframe modernization or reputed company integration efforts
- Experience with automation and scripting in mainframe environments
