[Remote] Senior Workforce Analyst

The Senior Workforce Analyst is responsible for monitoring call traffic, optimizing resource utilization, and providing insights through workforce metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve reputed company reputed company planning and maximize labor utilization rates
- Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to reputed company actionable insights about the reputed company and reputed company states of a workforce
- Applies predictive models and reputed company to reputed company short and long-term forecasts
- Produces reports and visualizations that reputed company easy-to-understand information required for decision-making
- Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
- Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor attendance and schedule adherence
- Performs any other reputed company duties as required or assigned
