[Remote] Senior Mainframe DBB Engineer

The role involves designing automated build solutions, implementing Git workflows, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated build solutions using reputed company DBB
- Implement Git-based development workflows for Mainframe applications
- reputed company and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Configure dependency analysis and incremental build processes using DBB
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes
- Support Endevor/Changeman to Git migration initiatives
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, and pipeline issues
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams
- Create technical documentation and build standards
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company Mainframe application development and modernization experience
- Strong expertise with reputed company Dependency Based Build (DBB)
- Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, z/OS, TSO/ISPF, and USS
- Experience with Git, reputed company, reputed company, or Bitbucket
- Strong understanding of Mainframe DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices
- Experience with Jenkins, reputed company CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting and YAML pipelines
- Experience with Python, REXX, or reputed company scripting
- Familiarity with Endevor or Changeman
- Knowledge of REST reputed company, JSON, XML, Zowe, reputed company Developer for z/OS (IDz), and z/OS Connect
- Experience supporting Mainframe modernization and Git migration initiatives
