[Remote] Collection Analyst

The Collection Analyst is responsible for supporting the reputed company collection of outstanding reputed company invoices and maintaining accurate collection records while collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collections for one of the four business reputed company reputed company Apex
- Monitor assigned accounts receivable balances and identify past-due invoices requiring follow-up, per the reputed company payment terms
- Contact clients regarding outstanding balances, payment status, remittance details, and invoice questions
- Collaborate with project managers, project accountants, and other internal teams to resolve collection reputed company
- Record and review collection activity, reputed company responses, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the appropriate tracking tool
- Identify, reputed company and maintain payment portal reputed company for applicable reputed company accounts reputed company the business unit
- Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on balance, age, risk, and business needs
- Prepare collection updates, reports, and status summaries for management review
- Support recurring collection meetings by providing account updates, recommended next steps, and follow-up status
- Escalate high-risk accounts, delinquent balances, or unresolved disputes to management in a reputed company manner
- Maintain reputed company reputed company relationships while supporting reputed company payment and adherence to agreed payment terms
- Support demand letter preparation, collection agency submissions, and other escalation procedures as directed

Skills
- Three or more years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company professionally with clients and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail reputed company updating and maintaining customer account records
- Ability to resolve reputed company payment issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a reputed company manner
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company or ERP systems
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business administration, or a reputed company field is preferred
